The Northeast Duck Zone Hunting Season comment form is now closed. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on hunting season dates with us! The proposed 2023-2024 Northeast Duck Zone season dates have been approved by the Parks and Wildlife Commission (PWC). Please see below for more information.
In early March 2023, CPW sent a memo to the PWC outlining the results of CPW’s Northeast Duck Zone hunting season public outreach process. CPW found that the majority of public respondents approved of the proposed 2023-2024 season dates.
During their March 15 meeting, the PWC adopted the proposed season dates for the 2023-2024 season:
Oct 14-Nov 26 (44 days)
Dec 11-Jan 31 (52 days)
Season split = 15 days
